Looking for ways to celebrate Pride Month this year? Our Affirming Ministry has got you covered.

Friday May 29th @ 1PM -Join us as the town of Halton Hills (1 Halton Hills Drive) raises the Pride flag to celebrate the beginning of Pride Month. We are hoping to have a group of NUC folk there to celebrate. See you there!

July 19th @ 2PM-3:30PM & 3-7:30PM– Join us as we march with other United Churches in the Halton PRIDE parade (2-3pm) and Pride in the Park events (3-7:30pm). Connect with Trudy Watson-Leung or the church office for more information.

September 30th (save the date!) – The Affirming Book Bingo challenge will continue throughout the year and we encourage everyone to participate by reading at least 1 of the recommended books. We will be having an in-person and online evening gathering to discuss what we learned on September 30^th  .
