Midweek Breath – Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on Zoom

Take a pause in the middle of your week to breathe, reflect, and reconnect. Midweek Breath is a half-hour online gathering that offers a gentle space for spiritual grounding through readings, guided meditation, and music. Whether you come seeking peace, prayer, or simply a moment of stillness, all are welcome to this quiet, Spirit-filled time. We meet weekly from September through July, offering space to exhale and feel the Spirit’s presence.
