A 30-minute gathering on Zoom. There is a welcome and intention setting, a reading, a prayer, a guided meditation, and we close with a blessing. This is not a busy social time, but rather a quiet time simply to be together and focus inward together.

We welcome friends from many different places across Canada. If you could use some quiet, restful time, we would be happy to welcome you.
