Midweek Breath. Fresh Air for the Soul.

We started in Lent of 2021 with a short-term idea — what if we came together for 30 minutes, once a week for 6 weeks , to give people a space of quiet and calm? What if we found a way to fill all of our hearts with God’s peace on a Wednesday evening – helping us settle and sleep, and renewing us again until Sunday?
We loved it. And so did those who joined us. And it continues. And we are blessed.
Join us on Zoom on Wednesdays at 8:00pm EDT for 30 minutes of quiet meditation and rejuvenation.
There is a welcome followed by a scripture reading, a prayer, and a guided meditation. This is not a busy social time. It is a quiet time simply to be together and focus inward together. We are pleased to be welcoming people from a number of places across Ontario and in different parts of Canada. If you could use some quiet, focused time, we would be happy to welcome you.
