Loaves and Fishes Challenge!
Posted on July 30, 2022
Last Sunday during our theme conversation at the 10 a.m. service, we were inspired by the story of a young child willing to share his five loaves of bread and two dried fish with the crowds that had gathered to hear Jesus. In a spirit of sharing, Rev. Heather encouraged us to bring in items for the Georgetown Bread Basket over the next two weeks. Below is a list of the most needed items and a bin will be in the foyer of the church until Tuesday, August 13th.
Knowing that our community extends far and wide, if you are not local to the Georgetown area, we encourage you to donate to your local food bank or organization. You can also support the Georgetown Bread Basket with a financial donation at this link.
With Norval’s can-do attitude and a faith-filled spirit, we can collectively make a difference by working together and sharing!
